Safebound Moving & Storage
We did not build their website. We built their intake team: an AI voice and SMS agent that calls every new lead within seconds, qualifies it, and books the appointment straight into the GoHighLevel CRM we set up. Nights and weekends included.

4,178 appointments booked, AI voice and SMS agent.
Inside the AI booking system
What we built, how it decides when to call, and what a month of it costs.
More leads than a sales team can call back
Getting leads was never Safebound's problem. Reaching them before a competitor did was, and so was covering 11pm on a Saturday when nobody is sitting at a desk.
The problem
- High lead volume from paid traffic and aggregators, no instant follow up
- Leads going cold overnight and on weekends
- Reps spending the day dialing instead of closing
What we built
- An AI voice and SMS agent that calls and texts every new lead in seconds
- A late hours workflow so nights and weekends still get an answer
- One CRM pipeline every lead sits in, from first touch to booked appointment
How it decides when to call
The whole intake layer lives in GoHighLevel. We did not build Safebound's website. We built the system that picks up what the website sends it. Nine published workflows, each owning one job, so changing the late hours logic cannot quietly break the appointment reminders.
- Weekday evenings 6pm to 10pm, Saturdays 2pm to 10pm, Sundays 9am to 10pm get a live AI call
- Anything outside those hours gets texted instead, so nobody is dialed at 3am
- The trigger is opportunity created, not a form submit, so every lead source behaves the same
- Once a lead qualifies the system tags it, books the appointment and notifies the rep who owns it
A month of dialing, measured
The agent's own call center figures for the thirty days between April 12 and May 12, 2025. Nothing here is projected or annualized. 811 outbound calls for $25.11 works out to nine cents per appointment booked, and that appointment count includes the ones the SMS agent booked without a call ever connecting.
- 811dials placed
- 178answered
- 267appointments booked
- $25.11spent for the month
Inside the build
Screens pulled from the live CRM. Contact names and the account label are blacked out.
Scoped on call
One team
Tracked after
This build started as a 25-minute call
Same process every time: we map where the leads come from, build the piece that is missing, wire it to the CRM and then watch the numbers with you.
- Scoped on the first call, priced before anything starts
- Built and launched by the same people who scoped it
- Tracked afterwards so you can see what it returned
